• If you need to amend your booking, we will do our best to assist you, though provider fees and availability may apply.
• While we cannot be held responsible for weather or airline delays, we will always offer our support where possible.
• Kindly ensure that your passports, visas, and travel insurance are all up to date before you depart.
• Please note that once your journey has begun, any unused services or package portions are generally non-refundable.

• To ensure you are fully protected, please be aware that travel insurance is not included, and we strongly suggest arranging your own comprehensive cover.
• Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing by email and will take effect at the time we receive it. Make sure you have received written confirmation of any changes to your reservation before travelling. While we will try to help, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met. Modifications and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the reservation conditions of the Provider/Principal of their Arrangements.
