Please note that once a package is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We kindly advise that no refunds can be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Any requests for cancellation or modification should be submitted in writing via email. These will take effect from the time of receipt.
Kindly note that The Holiday Masters does not provide visa processing services; we recommend checking with your local embassy for all entry requirements before booking.
To ensure you are fully protected, please be aware that travel insurance is not included, and we strongly suggest arranging your own comprehensive cover.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing by email and will take effect at the time we receive it. Make sure you have received written confirmation of any changes to your reservation before travelling. While we will try to help, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.
