Any requests for cancellation or modification should be submitted in writing via email. These will take effect from the time of receipt.

To ensure you are fully protected, please be aware that travel insurance is not included, and we strongly suggest arranging your own comprehensive cover.
Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing by email and will take effect at the time we receive it.
